HOW TO PURCHASE

Have a browse through all the delicious options you have available.

All orders need to be placed by 11am day before in order for your goodies to be prepare in time.

Once you have added your items to cart, proceed to checkout and choose between ‘Pick up’, ‘Express Post’ or ‘Saturday delivery’ option (read more details below).

Checkout using your Paypal account and if you don’t have a Paypal account that’s fine. You can still checkout via Paypal as a guest, using your credit card through this gateway and is extremely safe/secure.

You can also checkout using Afterpay if you have an account with them.

There is a minimum spend of $30.

Pick up days and times are displayed on the SHOP page and CHECKOUT page.

HOW TO PICK UP

Pick up is available from my council registered kitchen in Roxburgh Park.

There will be a calendar at checkout where you can select a suitable time and day.

Please ensure that you arrive between these time frames or your order will be kept aside until the next available pick up day. No refunds will be given if you don’t pick up at your selected time.

Address and contact details will be emailed to you on your receipt.

HOW SATURDAY LOCAL DELIVERY WORKS

If you would like your order delivered to your doorstep, please choose ‘Saturday local delivery’ $9.95 at checkout. You just need to be within a 30km radius of Melbourne CBD and delivery time is anytime between 9am – 6pm. If you will not be home, please leave an eski or secure box for the courier to safely leave your order. Myself or the courier will not be held responsible if anything happens to the order if you are not home and we don’t have re-delivery options.

HOW EXPRESS POST WORKS

We offer shipping Australia wide at a flat rate of $9.95.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Parcels on Tuesdays only, orders must be in by Monday 11am.

Express Post parcels  arrive within 1-3 business days, according to the Australia post website. You will be supplied a tracking number once your order has been given to Australia post and you can track the journey of your parcel.

It is very important that the correct postal address is given when you checkout, as we will not take responsibility if the wrong address was given and you don’t receive your parcel.

Once your parcel has been dropped at Australia Post, we take no responsibility if there are any delays or items lost in transit.

HOW TO RETURN OR CANCEL

Marydee Foodie accepts returns/refunds if the products received are damaged.

However returns/refunds are not given if there is a change of mind about the product, if the wrong product was accidentally ordered or if the product wasn’t to your liking.

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will assess the situation.
