-The customer that makes a purchase from marydeefoodie.com.au website must read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions.
-The agreement will be validated as soon as the customer checks out and makes a purchase from the marydeefoodie.com.au website.
-Part of the terms and conditions is that you also agree to our ‘Shipping page’.
-The customer must provide the correct information regarding their payment and pick up/delivery details in order for MaryDee Foodie to complete the order and have it ready for pick up/delivery. If any details change the customer must edit these details in their account prior to purchasing.
-If the customer has supplied incorrect payment and pick up/delivery details, MaryDee Foodie will not compensate any losses, this would include products purchased and delivery fees.
-Product prices from MARYDEE FOODIE are subject to change at anytime, however the customer will pay the price indicated at the time of their actual purchase.
-MaryDee Foodie will not dispatch the customer’s order until payment has gone through. Payments usually go through the same day, but in some circumstances can take up to 48 hours.
-The customer must be at the registered delivery address to accept their order.
-If the customer is not home once their order arrives, the driver will leave the order in a safe place. marydee Foodie takes no responsibility if anything should happen once order is left and there are no re-delivery options.
-Pick up must be made at the time agreed upon. If the customer delays their pick up, they may need to schedule next available pick up time. Desserts will only be held for 48 hours, after this the customer will no longer be able to pick up that order and no refund will be given.
-MaryDee Foodie will not be held responsible or liable for any losses incurred during the delivery period due to natural disasters, fires, accidents or any other causes that are out of our control.
-The customer must check their order once they receive it, ensuring that all their products are there. In the instance anything should be missing or not in good condition, the customer must contact us HERE within 1 hour of the order being delivered/picked up, in order to lodge a ‘replacement product’ application.
-MaryDee Foodie is in no way responsible for allergies or illness brought on by products sold on our website. We do our best to avoid any cross contamination of products, but cannot guarantee that they will be free of any traces of allergen foods. MaryDee Foodie will state in the actual product description if it is free of any allergens.
-MaryDee Foodie do provide detailed beneficial information of our products, yet in no way are we a qualified professional prescribing a dietary requirement to the customer. The customer should still seek professional medical advice if they are unsure of which product to purchase.
-Discount coupons/Loyalty Rewards do not apply to Sale Items/Special Price Items and cannot be combined with other coupons unless specified otherwise.
-Shipping fees are not included as part of your shopping carts total to receive free shipping. Free shipping entitlement is based on your shopping carts subtotal before shipping fee has been applied.
